The only possible alternative to you gloating over the fact that my "unvaccinated kids" (how do you know they are unvaccinated?) would have health difficulties down the road ("good luck" implying problems ahead), would be that you were genuinely wishing me and my "unvaccinated kids" well?

Indeed I was. I have no idea if your kids are vaccinated but when you, their father, posts a verbatim transcript of speech by a well-known anti-vaxxer I have some reason to suspect it (feel free to correct me if my suspicion is wrong).

But more generally, I have deep sympathy and concern for children of anti-vaxxers, so much so that they need all the luck, help, and hope they can get. Here's why: a young child of an antivaxxer has no say in their health and livelihood. And it's hard to wrap my head around anti-vax parents who would trade-off their children's health and livelihood against some idiotic facebook posts, a few quack-doctors on youtube, and some "edgy" podcasts full of dangerous misinformation.
