My OP had nothing whatsoever to do with my being anti-vax, and what you have written is a misrepresentation of that OP which was really asking why we would automatically trust a government/media that has (time and time again) proven itself to be psychopathically dishonest and corrupt?
As for "post 911" being a buzzword (!) I was referring to the War on Terrorism or wholesale slaughter of hundreds of thousands of people (if not millions) that legitimized torture and unlimited war of aggresion, the erosion of civil liberties/Hitlerian enabling/patriot acts while being predicated upon baldfaced lies, served to you by the very same Neocons and whore media who also now provide you with info about COVID.
But let's face it mate you do not really understand the COVID science! Like me, you do not really and truly know, what is true and what isn't, you only have your links to media news articles that you choose to believe and trust while I myself choose to reject, or strongly distrust them.

And mate how on earth could common words like "post 911" and "tyrannical" be considered stereotypical buzzwords? 911 was an event and "tyrannical" is a standard adjective! You've basically gone ahead and rewritten what I actually wrote to include all these actual conspiratorial buzzwords (Sheeple, wake up, etc.) and then accused me of using them!
To reiterate, I was not talking about vaccines, and am not anti-vax but oppose indefinite vaccine mandates and lockdowns, which is a big distinction that is not mentioned anywhere in your standard ad-hominem "conspiracy nutter" rebuttal. You talk about YT algorithms while being a textbook example of that very same algorithm (the opposing side) with your own set of buzzwords!
Remember Dr Campbell himself is far less qualified than those whose study he was referring to, and YT content creators have to be very careful these days to avoid censorship and de-platforming, but anyone who has followed John will know he would not be posting that information if he didn't believe that it was credible and in the public interest. He's a good guy for doing it.
I was not being disingenuous when I said that I hope you, and not I, will be proven right. This is not about ego, I would not spend all this time writing about these issues if I was not genuinely worried about where we are headed with these mandates/lockdowns and vaccine passports, as this is the world my children will be growing up in.
Out of interest do you support vaccine mandates/passports, and how many more years of lockdowns are you yourself willing to put up with?
Also, what was your opinion of the Rittenhouse trial?

Yes, I support vaccine mandates and passports, as they already exist. I have to show proof of vaccination every time I travel in South Africa and Madagascar. It is such a non-issue that I can't believe people pretend it's even a minor inconvenience. And here in the USA it is a requirement to have your kid vaccinated prior to enrolling in schools--this is why things like measles, polio, mumps, etc., no longer exist. Did you also know that we have to have a license to drive, buy alcohol, get into nightclubs, and get married? Sorry if that's mind-blowing news to you. And get this, there is this crazy system where you have to pay the government part of your income and they use the money to do things like pave roads and purify water. It's tyrannical. When will it end? WHEN WILL IT END?
As to lockdowns, I'm fine with putting up with them if makes the pandemic end sooner than later.
As to "this is the world my children will be growing up in"...if you are posting verbatim transcripts of as well-known antivaxxer Robert Kennedy Jr, then please do not have children if it's not too late. I mean that very sincerely.
As to the Rittenhouse trial, my opinion is there was a large disconnect between what lawyers had to demonstrate in court, what was reported in the media, and the broader structural issue of too many guns on the street + highly politicized rhetoric from our past president.
