Yes, but I've read you can still spread the virus apparently (if infected, an equal amount of virus is present compared to the unvaccinated).Dont think you really need one if you are under 50/not vulnerable - your antibodies wane after 8 or so months but you'll still have T Cells that remember the "infection" so to speak or at least I think thats the science behind it.
The School don't make the decision. To paraphrase the rest the DFE have basically said school is open unless a director of Public Health says otherwise.I think the school is terrified of making a decision...

More like you please.Convinced a patient to get the vaccine yesterday.![]()
TBF this is already a well developed thing, just look at what cancer patients get over Facebook where things like chemo are slated principally because they are known and make people ill, whereas unknown things that don’t make people ill (miracle honey / salt / whatever) are what the loons try to sell you.
The fact one works and the rest don’t is immaterial, it’s the association of the working one in people’s minds with negatives that does all the work for a certain sort of mind.
More like you please.
On ffs
Every little helps. You might have saved one life there and you might have saved others by that patient getting the vax and being less likely to catch it and then spread it to others. That’s something to be proud ofMy track record isn't great. All my patients are high risk. Most are vaccinated but she was my first out of about 10 where I was successful - but then she was vaccine hesitant not anti-vax.
Sorry to hear that mate. She’s fought through it all so far so hope she can get through this too. Thinking of you and your familyTisnt I am afraid. Where there is life there is hope though.

There was some doctor/virologist or someone in an article today taking about we've reached a point we're it's likely covid will just weaken now as there's nowhere for it to go with regards to worse mutations. In 12-24 months or will be a seasonal illness like many others are.. let's hope so!Yes, but I've read you can still spread the virus apparently (if infected, an equal amount of virus is present compared to the unvaccinated).
Some fear we're giving the virus plenty of time to mutate into something even more nasty.
Good for you. I actually convinced my brother to go get it a couple weeks ago. In fairness, he was never really anti-vax, just working all the time and wouldn’t make it a priority. I think that completes all the adults in my immediate and extended family.Convinced a patient to get the vaccine yesterday.![]()
