Looks like we might be reducing the time frame between first and second doses of AZ from 12 - 8 weeks.

Long-term symptoms are common. A University of Washington study published in February in the Journal of the American Medical Association's Network Open found that 27% of covid survivors ages 18-39 had persistent symptoms three to nine months after testing negative for covid. The percentage was slightly higher for middle-aged patients, and 43% for patients 65 and over.

The most common complaint: persistent fatigue. A Mayo Clinic study published last month found that 80% of long-haulers complained of fatigue and nearly half of "brain fog." Less common symptoms are inflamed heart muscles, lung function abnormalities and acute kidney problems.

I wrongly assumed that if you are double vaccinated and you go abroad you don't have to get the PCR tests done. I have just found out you still have to pay for various tests which costs £300 per person.

Surely if you are fully vaccinated you shouldn't need PCR tests? Seems a tad overly excessive for me. Can't imagine this process will stop when the next stage of the roadmap happens at the end of June (or July if its pushed back).

I know that we joke about how WFH instructions should continue throughout the Euros but that is actually a measure that I support and think should remain in place and I see no reason to end that.

Everything else however should continue as planned. We're at the point now where the big picture risk of not opening up is more detrimental to locking down.
