Continuing good news.
Congrats!
Side effects for first dose seem to depend a lot on whether you were previously exposed to COVID. Charts A and D are those of the side effects to Pfizer first dose recorded in a large UK study, B and E for second dose. Good news is that even if you get them they don’t typically last very long.

The top row shows systemic effects and the bottom row shows local effects within 8 days after receipt of the first dose (A, D) or second dose (B, E) of the BNT162b2 vaccine or the first dose of the ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccine (C, F). Shading indicates 95% CIs.
Given preliminary evidence from small studies21, 22, 23 suggesting that reactogenicity is higher among individuals previously infected with SARS-CoV-2, we investigated the extent to which previous SARS-CoV-2 infection (based on self-reported previous positive PCR or lateral flow result) was associated with reports of adverse effects.
Individuals vaccinated with a single dose of BNT162b2 were more likely to report systemic effects if they had a previous SARS-CoV-2 positive test than were those without known past infection (5148 [35·8%] of 14 369 vs 33 007 [12·3%] of 267 734; OR 3·97 [95% CI 3·83–4·12], p<0·0001).
