Lads lads lads lads
I really don’t know exactly what is changing next week tbh
Seems a little hasty I mean I don’t see anyone being put off going if they needed a Covid test.Makes me even more glad that my parents who live there have had their jabs - no covid test seems like asking for trouble tbh even with the currently low levels of UK rates.

Btw am all for opening and certain travel to be allowed but am I bit surprised by this.
The restrictions will be removed for indoor dining and drinking from 17th May.I really don’t know exactly what is changing next week tbh Dave, find it hard enough to keep track of the rules here in California!
Keeping simple measure like masks on kids, especially given that they and their parents are likely to be in the unvaccinated groups. would appear to have low cost/high reward impacts whilst we get more data.
Opening up indoor dining I think is more complicated as like you I believe it an important transmission vector but there are obviously significant social benefits to restrictions being at least partially relaxed. Perhaps local restrictions still being in place for those with confirmed outbreaks like Bolton?
Thanks, know I am going to flunk with that ”kids don’t count in numbers but do in number of households” fine print!![]()
Covid: What is the guidance across the UK now?
Almost all of the UK's Covid rules have ended, two years after they were introduced.www.bbc.co.uk
@LinekersLegs
There you go LL.
There will be a test on Friday.
Thanks.
California being a bit more cautious, done at county level with mine likely going from orange to yellow in next couple of weeks

Main difference I can see is the 50% capacity limit on a lot of indoor stuff whereas Uk seeming to go more for # of households mixing.Similar isnt it?

Was going to comment this earlier. I go to a large gym in south Liverpool, no masks or social distancing, but I can’t have a pint indoorsRidiculously busy in the gym I go to tonight. If an outbreak is going to start anywhere in the UK it will start in the gyms.
