Indoor activities?

Shops, schools, offices around the country have all been open.

Wonder when most offices will try to get their staff back in. Our work don't seem particularly keen to force everyone back quickly. Will be after the June date they've stated.

The current numbers are pretty amazing considering how much has opened and we have extremely high testing compared to most countries. Hopefully the May date allows a bit more freedom.

As someone who was there from the get-go to call this thing out as a world-changing event, I'm happy to say that the UK has completed the Covid-19 level.

:drunk::celebrate:

Now we absolutely must export more vaccines to South East Asia and India.

Lol.

Pretty well governed spaces. People in bars and restaurants for hours with poor ventilation. You know the script.

Please dont insult my intelligence.

Not in any meaningful way in London in my experience. Our office block usually has 4,500+ people in every day. We’re currently seeing a gradual rise from less than 100 to 250 ish max daily, so plenty of scope for social distancing.

The big challenge will be getting people comfortable again squeezing into the lifts and the tube which is the only way normal service can return. The trains are already pretty uncomfortable with no space for distancing at peak commuting times and mask wearing around 50/50 at best, with increasing age a fairly accurate indicator as to whether a mask will be worn.

The vaccines will deffo be put to the test very soon.

I’d try and get the J&J for the under 40’s as it’s a single dose.......
Same here, seeing Iceland have 19 days between the two for Pfizer and 4 weeks for AZ (that’s the requirement to get into the country based on the vaccine route). Hopefully by the time I go, they will have relaxed the rules by then and the spaces don’t matter, especially with Finland it’s 12 weeks...... but yes, as for the single dose J&J, I see it as the future of this vaccine as it could be a 12 month thing line the flu jab and people just want one jab of it from now on if they need it regularly.
