He's become the poster boy for conspiracy theorists. Everything from being behind a plot to sterilise the world to blocking out the sun.I honestly don't understand the hate Bill Gates gets, I'm not saying he's a Saint, but the man has done so much good with his wealth its unreal.
June is 100 a lie isn’t it?
COVID marshals for start in July.
Fed up of it all now.
Percentage capacity for sports events initially is the best way to go so the organisers can get a better grip on how to control things. There’s no way we can just expect to go from empty arenas/stadiums to full houses straight awayDon't really know if calling it a lie is right but it certainly won't be a return to normal. Sporting events after June are planning to have low capacities - Wimbledon 25% for example.
The big problem is that if they decide social distancing has to stay in place normality cannot resume.
This is what frustrates people.Don't really know if calling it a lie is right but it certainly won't be a return to normal. Sporting events after June are planning to have low capacities - Wimbledon 25% for example.

Either the vaccines work or they don't and evidence so far seems to indicate a very high probability that they do
so why the need for social distancing? The government have said virtually all restrictions should be gone by June 21st. It will be summer, the pubs will be open indoors and I think everyone will just start to get on with life as we new it pre pandemic anyway. We are getting single figure deaths now - thankfully, that is just no reason to carry on imposing restrictions and denying freedoms on a mass scale.

I don’t see how it’s a bad thing keeping social distancing in place either tbh, we’ve had over a year to get used to it so the public should be able to do so without being told
We have single figure deaths because of the lockdown of 4 months standing (5 months for some regions). This is what frustrates people.

The vaccines are unproven
They're not proven. Even the scientists who make them are hedging their bets on how "proofed" they are.Love to see your working out on that.
It won’t be forever. After a while the trial events will come back with zero cases and it will go full scale again on a step by step gradual basis.Don't really know if calling it a lie is right but it certainly won't be a return to normal. How? It’s not a hardship to keep distance in queues for shops/tills surely?Social distancing has a major impact on all businesses and all aspects of life. If social distancing is in place then its hardly normal.

Yes it is to much ask based on the evidence we have regarding the vaccines. We have single figure deaths because of the lockdown of 4 months standing (5 months for some regions).
The vaccines are unproven and will only be really tested in the winter when respiratory disease is more common.
Is it that hard to just socially distance and remain vigilant? I mean, there's 127,000 people lost their lives in this country - maybe as a mark of respect to them we could all just be cautious and also do a lot more than we could have for the past few months?
Too much to ask?
