This with knobs on. The U.K. will be fine. Resist going away this year. The U.K. will be fine......

How do you know? We may have more new cases, but there's a very good chance there will be few hospitalisations. That's the important number. Cases is almost irrelevant now.

He’s moved on from saving the elderly and vulnerable and now wants to save us all from ourselves .

127,000 dead here; the globe still on fire with the virus, and you think we're home and dry.

There may well be a brief break from the usual high fatality rates here in the UK, but we are still in the thick of this pandemic. It is seasonal and it is way more deadly than any other respiratory disease.

If the restrcitions are all taken off from June, we'll be back with another catastrophe in the autumn and winter. The vaccines aren't going to do it.

Love the way your now rowing back from your previous predictions of Armageddon in the Summer and have now moved your goal posts ( again ) to the Autumn and Winter.

“Globe still on fire”.... God you really do overreact and dramatise!.

It’s been proven the vaccines work and really damn well do. June 21st we will still have to exercise caution, but if we get through winter, we’ve beaten it.

When Australia had their winter, they hardly moved up in cases and deaths etc.

Something tells me you love these restrictions on life Dave?. Well, let me tell you, it hasn’t got long until it buggers off.

You really don't know what vaccines are.

45 million people vaccined, 11.6m fully vaccinated, by the time we’re deep into summer those will increase by at least a third of not more. We are bang on the right track not to have a repeat of winter gone
“Mutant Virus” is getting even more annoying than having to hear rubbish like “Stay You-Kay and stay safe”, “Staycation”, “1,000 pounds for 4 days in a caravan in Devon” and “2021 is the year to explore Britain, there are so many nice places here”.... all on a rolling loop.

F-that.... I am going abroad to Iceland (bound to be green list) and mutations in the MSM are always this...... “It‘s a MUTANT!!!... WE ARE DOOMMMEEDDD!!!”.... then two weeks later “Not a variant of concern..... the vaccines prevent serious illness”.

Rinse and repeat till the cows come home.

The vaccines are doing it. Have you not been looking at the data from Israel?

Barring variants that can either evade or dramatically reduce effectiveness of the vaccines we should be in a comfortable position moving forward, even come next winter.

With the booster shots being prepped for autumn it would take a dramatic mutation to set us back to square one.
