Seeing a few articles in the media which is suggesting that some people are rejecting the AZ vaccine in the UK. Hopefully this won't have a major impact on the roll out. Locally a very high percentage of people are getting vaccinated.
3 days until I can shovel some overpriced, unmitigated slop into my illiterate, selfish gob - washed down with a couple of pints of warm peasant bilge water

Just reading that the government guidelines for pubs opening on Monday is that the staff must check that you have the NHS test & trace app on your phone.3 days until I can shovel some overpriced, unmitigated slop into my illiterate, selfish gob - washed down with a couple of pints of warm peasant bilge water

That's what they had to do before the last lockdown so shouldn't be an issue. It's a private app that records you no more than your phone already doesJust reading that the government guidelines for pubs opening on Monday is that the staff must check that you have the NHS test & trace app on your phone.
Not to sure how that's going to go down?

I would hope that they are going to have a sign in sheet.I think last time you could get away with having a sign in sheet instead of the app, surely that will be allowed again though? Pensioners etc might not have a smartphone.
Yeah that's true. It's to do with tracing cases rather than tracking people. The NHS app puts it on you to report (anonymously), the sign in sheet puts it on the pub to report cases if I remember correctlyI think last time you could get away with having a sign in sheet instead of the app, surely that will be allowed again though? Pensioners etc might not have a smartphone.
