There are literally millions of people who will be going back for a second injection. Only drama queens like you will make any fuss over it. If you are that worried don't go. It's that simple. You don't believe the vaccine works anyway so if you had any backbone or principles you would just swerve it.

That's what should happen here. I'd far prefer not to have to go back and have another shot of it. I have zero faith in this vaccine. None.

The whole thing was a shambles. Very poorly organised - too may people let into the hall and not socially distanced. I wont be going back there for the second, that is for sure. The AZ vaccine I'll get if I simply have to.

Edit: not saying something can't be done, btw, just - isn't the entire point to deter people from travelling unless they absolutely need to, and for those that do travel, it's for them to quarantine/isolate.

It (restricting people to their homes and gardens via a GPS tag) would be less draconian than charging them £1500 per person and imprisoning them in two star hotels is.

Also in terms of travel - a lot of the people that will be caught up in today's changes aren't people going for a holiday, they'll be relatively poorer people who are visiting family and who won't be able to pay the premium to get an earlier flight or the quarantine fee either.

They're good enough (if they dont kill you first), but not as safe or efficacious as the Pfizer vaccine.

I think we all know that if we had the choice between AZ and Pfizer there'd be hardly anyone taking up the AZ vaccine.

I'm not really comfortable with either tbh - GPS tags on people, sound, let's treat them all like prisoners (I know it's the same in the hotels like).

I don't think people should have to pay for their hotel stays, btw, but again it's the 'deterrent.

Quicker we can do away with it all, the better.
