I dont disagree about Brazil. Some of Europe most likely.

But these folk now know what they are dealing with. They have decades of experience in dealing with these things. Like, remember back in the very early days, and they explained how the Waves could happen? Well, they were spot on wernt they?

But now, they have a key into the workings of it. Tons of vaccines, all using similar data, have proved to work. Out of the 3000 ish proteins that make up a virus, most they are not arsed about. Infection/Transmission are the ones. They know what they are, and what works against them.

Hope so. But its a momentum thing; production, delivery, data dumps, jabs all have to be in line. For months. It feels, looking from here, that pretty much all of that have stalled around the continent.

I can go by what our government has said today... just over 800,000 vaccines have been already administered, there was a delivery yesterday of 120,000 obviously still to be administered and 860,000 are scheduled to come into the country during April. that's 1.8 million doses ish by the end of april. We have a total population of about 5 million, and over a million of those are under 16 and won't be getting a vaccine.
Unless there is a major balls up I'm certain that by the end of July we'll be in a fantastic place.
