As somebody who has seen the damage this virus has done, I can only imagine the feeling when you read and hear what people like him have to say.

That isn’t the case with the US, the FDA has the same policy with all of the vaccines that they need to pass Phase 3 trials based on US guidelines.

I don’t even think it true of Europe tbh, just different risk assessments, cultures and vaccine hesitancy.

A follow up on this - the FDA wanted a trial of 30k rather than the UK one of 10k, wanted more older people/comorbitities enrolled and were confused by the one and a half dose regimen.
