You'd say? Based on what?I'd say 90% of takeaways are delivered not collected even before COVID.

Off licenses, pet shops, hardware stores are not essential.Apart from other food shops, retail is closed.

Bike shops should be for bike sale and repairs only.Okay, I can agree there.
The company I work for - we're currently building schools in the Civils department (is that essential, I imagine so?) and then the one other job we have on is drilling out to a windfarm.
There's skeleton staff on site and they're all having to follow strict guidance. Masks at all times. They all already wear overalls and full PPE anyway.
Halfords and the like - that was open in March. There were no issues. People should be allowed to exercise and places like Halfords do repairs on bikes etc. It can all be done click and collect too, so again, no issues with social distancing.
Based on everyone I know that gets takeaways and the inherent nature of "ah, how nice to get my tea delivered without me needing to get out of my pyjamas".
Off licenses have to stay open. They are essential.Off licenses, pet shops, hardware stores are not essential.

Easy for me halfway round the world with no restrictions of note to spout advice, but up to a point I've had a clear view of the whole UK debacleIf they continue to decline I wonder when will there be a review that might put us back into Tier 2?
Am I right the whole country is Tier 5 at the moment but as of now no dates are set for a review?
Well the school is set to open in September and the old school set for demolition. I imagine that's pretty important.Bike shops should be for bike sale and repairs only.
Why is building a school essential at the height of a pandemic?
Anything non-essential leads to demand for public transport and use of petrol stations etc
I think we can all agree that the lockdown needs to add some to boost the fall in numbers.
More was locked down in the first wave and we need to get back to that.
It all adds up when it's added to non-retail non-essential activity.Offies and pet shops surprised me first time round. My thinking was they were kept open for those folk who cant get to a supermarket, and you could hardly close some but not others.
Still, in the grand scheme of things, I doubt neither were super spreaders anyrate.
Then the one set for demolition should be reprieved for longer.Well the school is set to open in September and the old school set for demolition. I imagine that's pretty important.
We weren't going to see a fall in numbers after 11 days though and you know that.
You do realise that this pandemic is not finishing any time soon? Then the one set for demolition should be reprieved for longer.
Oh, if it's based on that science then it must be right.
