To be fair, its a commonly held opinion.

Though it is hard to wrap your head around the idea people look at this and think "must be a coincidence"

I'm not saying it's wrong actually. I'm just saying that if you apply it to a death where it clearly isn't the case, it makes you look like a cock.

There's definitely examples, especially with the very elderly, where COVID has been listed as the cause of death when it wasn't. But it isn't the majority of deaths; at most it's a significant minority of them.

I find it strange, i really do. From the article and the gofundme page his family say people need to take this virus seriously, even young people.

Yet he disregards the parents dying wishes to spin some tosh.

As a matter of interest, who, and why, set up a gofundme page?

Fine.

I didn't know that blood clots are potential side effect of covid as I have not seen it mentioned at all these past 8 months.

So if that makes me look like a nobhead then so be it for my lack of awareness on that.

For record I sent the family money on the fundraiser anyway so something good came from this anywau.

Fair do.

Looks like Christmas isn’t coming early for @davek as all the COVID incubators are being opened up again.

Hairdressers and beauty salons to re open, so that’s the back, crack and sack sorted

The devils dwelling houses, that are pubs and restaurants to re open in Tiers one and two, albeit with restrictions and to remain shut in tier 3 other than for takeaways.

Gyms to re open too, so that’s the sted heads sorted.

None of any of that affects me at all.

But other than the random date plucked for the mini lock down to end being next week, is it safe to assume there is some data and science saying its safe enough now? Like R numbers, hospital stuff, and them annoying deaths?
