How are you all coping with this

Not too bad, miss a lot of things but at the same time I've had pretty much a 5 month paternity leave. Still talk to my friends most days.

I think people are in much worse positions than me.

Went to the pub gardens in the summer. Eating good food, drinking good drink and running has helped me and hopefully will get me through the winter.

It's almost inevitable that some will go crazy, especially with Christmas coming, albeit you'd hope it would be less extreme as last time.

I expect retail shops will get relatively hammered this week by people not wanting to have to wait until December just in case.

It’s not good mate, I know a a few people who depend on work within the hospitality industry and they’ve been through enough stress this year through all the uncertainty, some have been physically ill because of it all. Surely they will introduce a temporary furlough scheme now as this job retention scheme is pretty much void for them.

They have to do something mate or it`ll be carnage.
