Bit miffed the other week with the rationing. We have to have soya milk because of our daughter's severe allergies, and could only have three one litre cartons, not 3 fortified for daughter, and 3for us. Shop's 30miles away, so of only go once a week like, just went with three for our daughter and we had no milk for the week, haha

There is no Tier 1, 2 or 3. Its a con trick. It isn't doing anything because it's not designed to do anything. It's designed to allow the status quo for business activity, because these murderers are all about keeping the economy open until we approach 1000 people per day being killed by Covid19.

There will be no 'Tier 4' until hospitals are truly overwhelmed...and even then there'll be loopholes that their friends in business can use in order to remain trading.

Money over lives: that decision was made soon after the first lockdown ended. Expect NOTHING of substance from the goverment of England. Meanwhile the Scots and Welsh work to try and get on top of it in a meaningful way.

Stopping people buying birthday cards isn't 'meaningful'.
