What do you all think the rules will be for Christmas? Do you think it will be a case of nobody following the strict rules or will the rules be loosened for a few days as people won't follow them anyway?

I'd imagine any improvement in numbers will be seen as good enough to relax the rules before we just repeat all of this again in January

Whether rules are loosened or not people will do what they want over Christmas so don't see the point relaxing them just for it.

It's a rule, pretty sure pubs and restaurants can get fined if a customer is walking around without a mask on but... Supermarkets won't get fined if someone is walking around without one on.
