Could the long-term mental health impact of virus restrictions be far more damaging than the virus itself?

Me and the missus are driving our own car to a cottage we've booked and not leaving for 3 days - We've both been working the whole time and were hoping for a little bit of respite from the misery

There’s something going on and people need to realise it. Jobs are now only measured by what they bring to society, not what they bring to your individual life.

If you want to rid the threat of covid you vaccinate everyone and make it like the cold/flu for all ages.

If you dont hospitals will still be overrun with people needing medical treatment therefore businesses/hospitality stay closed.

Millions unemployed desperate for work so they take any jobs they can - which opens the door for the rich to offer zero hour contracts and lower pay.

I'm in N.I and seen yesterday my local hospital has run out of beds as there has been so many hospital admissions for covid. I rang my gp 2 weeks ago as i was having chest problems. He told to go over to hospital and get a chest x Ray as they were walk in and call in to nurse at gp for bloods and an ecg as it could be a heart problem. My appoint with nurse was 2 weeks so I rang today for chest x Ray results and to reaffirm time for nurse on Wednesday. Xray was fine and time was half 9 on Wednesday. 10 mins later got a txt to say appointment with nurse has been cancelled and ring back before the end of November to rebook. Sure what odds i could only have heart problem.

Scandalous. I hope they're not trying this on again - demoting elective surgery and practically discouraging people to go to surgeries.

False Information.

The trust is still in planning stage , there has been an increase in space but nothing critical whatsoever. I've even had that email the information is relating to.

There's no critical stage going on in Liverpool hospitals.

In fact services are still in the process of opening consultant clinics back up again and there has been no plan to shut that down.
