Not in terms of the hospital at least eggs. No surge in cases being admitted as of this moment , no undue pressure. Plans are starting to be made to prepare for that scenario however as you would imagine them to be.

If that is true then they are keeping all the staff in the dark like with their all user emails. Clinics are still opening up slowly to more patients which they wouldn't do if the cases were going up as well. The minute there is a rush of patients we will shut that side down I'm guessing and just maintain the telephone only service

We have started getting a few more emails than normal but more on the ppe front (not being an issue)

ONS data showing a continued sharp rise in cases. Hospital admissions rising quickly (albeit from a low base in mid-August).

It is definitely time IMO to make lifestyle changes to take sensible precautions.

...because people go home from the ale house and restaurants having caught it there.

By the way, I notice one of the comments on the story underlines that the ale house in question were pretty *relaxed* in terms of enforcing safety measures.
