I know the figures are wrong.

My daughter works in a care home and my brother works for the NHS.

This thing isn't as bad as people like me will have you believe, it also isn't as harmless as people like you believe either.

I think the truth lies in the middle, but what we do know is that it kills people, lots and lots of people, how many we will never know.

I've never said it was harmless mate, Jesus it would make me wearing a mask a silly thing indeed.

Aye but locking down over 4 cases for me is bonkers.

We would be in lockdown until 2027 if we did that.

I'm inclined to agree its an over-reaction, but at the same time their approach has ensured that their society has been functioning normally for months.

There is nothing more reassuring for people and business than normality.

They have factors in their favour unavailable to other countries, but their determination not to live with the virus, but eradicate it, has been a stunning success.

You can't blame them for reverting to an approach that has unquestionably worked for them.

GF has just received a barrel load of abuse on social media for mentioning our trip to Budapest in a months time.

A trip we tried to cancel btw but the travel company said no refund will be issued if we cancel so we don’t have a choice but try to go.

Can’t quite believe people think it’s ok to do something like that.

Yes, to save the economy, so we stop demanding billionaires pay more tax.

The end result is something we all want, normality, but the cost will be so high for so many.

I've been reading statistics from other countries. Some very interesting patterns. Our countries figures cannot be used for anything...
