Tough s**t......laughable that people who had to travel abroad are so "shocked and surprised" that they're gonna have to self isolate for 2 weeks now... Covid has been here since March, and the advice has been to holiday in your own country this summer.....its not rocket science, if everyone starts travelling from country to country again, the Virus will spread fast again... And if you're going to a popular tourist location this summer, you're an absolute idiot....

I'm pretty gutted. I live in Spain and am due to visit my dad who's in a care home. Haven't seen him this year. Devastated actually. Nothing can be done I understand that but it doesn't make it any less painful. Not everyone travelling is going on holiday for a jolly. I realise you aren't necessarily talking about my situation.

Tbh even without formal restrictions I’m not going to see them until the virus is under better control - just too much risk of bringing it to them and others as I travel through multiple planes/airports.
