I was told by my GP a few years ago, that Vitamin D was the only thing seriously worth considering paying for and taking in supplemental form.

So I'm glad I took his advice.

I have seen a few academic papers on the correlation.

It does seem worth the benefit of taking Vitamin D generally in any case, provided its safe to do so in individual circumstances.

A Vitamin D supplement is pretty much the only supplement recommended by the NHS as worth taking.

When do we think that America will start letting UK nationals back in? Im getting married in Vegas in June 2021 and im starting to panic that we will still be banned.
The honest answer is nobody really knows, although the issue may be that you are reluctant to come rather than not being allowed if the UK and US numbers stay the same!

This Nevada journalist might be a useful follow, she provides daily update on the state numbers and a weekly wrap on Friday if you just want an overview

Escort mate of mine apparently still been working in recent weeks.

Puts me off our night out tbh - not being a fanny but at the time same dont feel like taking daft risks.

Only face exposure? Not arms, legs etc?
To be fair, I should have phrased it as everyone who doesn't have a conflicting medical condition and\or is safe to take it but I thought most people would be smart enough to realise that. You obviously aren't.

I love the way you hand out medical advice after slating me for doing it, when judging by your comments on Vitamin D, you know even less about it than me.

If you actually spent some time doing some research on COVID instead of spending all your day bashing the government you might come across as less of a fool.

I was in Aldi today and would estimate the large majority weren’t wearing masks, unfortunately.
I spent some time yesterday around the Shropshire, Cheshire and Wales border, including inside an Aldi, and masks were few and far between.

I saw only a handful all day after visiting a fair few local shops in two different towns. When I was back in Liverpool, it was clear that they were far more common.

Perhaps the different infections rates and demographics (far smaller population density in these areas) has played a part in it, so I can't see a big surge today.

I bet that changes today though.
You'd hope so, but it will be interesting to see how or if businesses actively enforce the rule; you'd hope they do, however it will boil down to pupil acceptance.
