Everyone should really be supplementing Vitamin D as a precautionary measure. All the studies show a strong correlation between lack of Vitamin D and serious illness from COVID.
Correlation doesn't prove causation but the link seems so strong between the 2 that it's defo worth doing.

I was told by my GP a few years ago, that Vitamin D was the only thing seriously worth considering paying for and taking in supplemental form.
So I'm glad I took his advice.
I have seen a few academic papers on the correlation.
It does seem worth the benefit of taking Vitamin D generally in any case, provided its safe to do so in individual circumstances.
