Garlic,cucumber,lemon juice and yogurt is all you need.Made these the other night ,they were fantastic.Had no ouzo,just put a drop of lager in.He was the winner of Masterchef over here.Never served them with rice,pasta for the missus and crusty bread for me.EYE CANDY for Mrs.R.So simple but delicious.He has hundreds of Greek food recipes.I followed this one exactly bar the ouzo and rice.ENJOY.Wrong thread and won't happen again Sorry.PUT THEM IN THE OVEN AND BAKE THEM UNCOOKED WITH THE SAUCE.We have happily ate lamb, feta, ace salads and pita bread for weeks on end when the weather is sound mate.
