People wear masks, people don't wear masks. it's down to personal choice and it isn't up to us to lambast others who exercise that right. The exception to that of course is where the law states that wearing a mask is compulsory, such as in the UK on public transport. To be fair, whenever I've been out I haven't seen one example of anybody criticising somebody else for wearing/not wearing a mask, which is how it should be.

I don't know what the law is in that particular state. Still doesn't excuse the guys vitriol response mind.
I don't know what proportion of people in England are wearing masks but it is a sensible and thoughtful thing to do.
I have just been this afternoon to a variety of shops in the main town near us in central France. I would estimate that 3/4 of the people were wearing a mask inside the shops. In fact a couple of shops had the notice "masques obligatoire".
People not wearing were mainly from the younger age groups, particularly males.
Is it "F##k You - I don't care" or do they think that mask wearing will shrink their willy?

Its increasing, but unless I am told to wear one, I dont. My understanding, and I am happy to be corrected, is that wearing a mask protects folk from you, not so much the other way round.

And the sight of an elderly husband and wife in the shop earlier, where one wore one, and the other one didnt, kinda make me think that if I keep myself safe, thats all I can do really.

Yer lucky get lol lol

Its my own fault. I invented the best salad known to man a year or two back. (Includes feta fwiw)

And the question, "can I have the Roydo salad with some cold meat please?" is impossible to decline.

And yeah, she does call it that.

Problem is that most people don't show symptoms (some never), but during incubation they are highly infectious and pass it on to others.
As the virus is mainly transmitted in droplets of moisture in a person's breath, face coverings reduce the spread.

Thing is, I am a terrible yard stick. I havnt been near anyone for months, for me, 2 meters is the minimum I would be near anyone if it was more than a few minutes.

I popped up my Mums earlier to give her a pressie for her birthday. My sister and her kids were there. They reckon they have all had it, (live in Cheltenham), stayed 5 minutes at 5 meters.

Its [Poor language removed], but there you go.

Find out for sure, tell them to get tested. The blood test for antibodies.

We have happily ate lamb, feta, ace salads and pita bread for weeks on end when the weather is sound mate. Mrs R is a Greek lover. The weather, the people. and the cuisine. Me too.

One day a while back, I thought lobbing some mint in some yoghurt would be sound. Tsasiki apparently!
