I’m pretty sure I read that Ferguson’s imperial model was applied to Sweden as a case study and it estimated they’d be reaching 100,000 deaths by the end of June if they didn’t implement an official lockdown.
I’m neither an advocator or a critic of the Swedish methods of combating this but I do wonder how history will view them compared to other nations who locked down hard.
As of today they have 5,280 or so deaths, with their trend mirroring that of elsewhere in Europe and heading downwards.
