It's as though the whole government is having a competition amongst itself to see who can be the most moronic during this crisis. It's a large field, a very close thing and impossible to predict a winner at this stage. According to the BBC he is now self-isolating and has been tested for the virus. He actually attended a cabinet meeting in person this morning.

On a serious note though, given that Mogg has said no remote voting, presumably that means no one in the cabinet can now participate in any vote? Indeed, as this tit was in parliament, surely that means anyone who was in parliament should no longer be able to vote as they would have come into contact with him?
