It's as though the whole government is having a competition amongst itself to see who can be the most moronic during this crisis. It's a large field, a very close thing and impossible to predict a winner at this stage. According to the BBC he is now self-isolating and has been tested for the virus. He actually attended a cabinet meeting in person this morning.Good grief is there one bloody minister who actually read , let alone understood, the guidance to the general public for the past few months??!!

@RAFUH have you got a feel for what is normal icu occupancy at this time of year? Know a bad seasonal flu can stretch things in winter but this seems pretty high for June but that might be my blissful ignorance.
Tbf you have to admire the dedication to herd immunity even within the cabinet themselves - you’d have thought Boris’s spell in ICU would have been a sanity check but no, there they go gamely trying to get all of them infected! It's as though the whole government is having a competition amongst itself to see who can be the most moronic during this crisis. The BBC report says there were only a few from the Cabinet in physical attendance but no mention of who or actual numbers. It's still a ridiculous situation, though. The fact he was in the Commons later isn't great, either. So if thats right , thats the full cabinet out of action for the next 14 days......never ending this![]()
