China is actually ace, honestly i dont think people have caught up to the idea, the west isnt were its at any more, China are probably the greatest global power now, they arent emerging they are here or a hairs breath from being here and growing exponentially. Some of the stuff they have done and continue to do over the last 20 years is breathtaking and so innovative, not without critique though, but i often feel people generally underestimate China, its not going to do them any favors.

This virus will take an accounting of the pecking order and some old school power brokering nations wont be happy with the outcome.

Not entirely true. There are democratic countries doing very well without using China authoritarian methods.

All done it with good result without hiding the infected counts and draconian measures.

it’s funny though every independent will , or should smell of paint and be sparkling when you go in . The big places are quite simply phoning it in . I’m not even sure , actually I am sure , if most of them have touched the lines hearing the phrase ‘hibernation fluid ‘ but people with 30 years experience aren’t even convinced what it is !

As you say brewery’s been amazing even down to replacing beer , although ultimately it’s in their interests to keep pubs going . I thought we’d see wholescale closure I think between the treasury & breweries it’ll be significantly better than anticipated but probably still pretty bad across the market .

We had two different opinions from two different brewers regarding the lines, so we ignored both of them and just clean the lines every week as we would. We don’t leave water in them nor just leave them with a mild cleansing fluid. Pull through, drain and fill with air, then full clean every week......
