They would never disclose the exact locations, but they could ask for how many times this plate has been read and in what counties and in/on these dates.

Yet, they may hide behind data protection (national security) if he gets any 'protection'* (restricted on PNC*) or ANPR is for police purposes and not journalists.

*I suspect his reg will have this now if it didn't already.

His reg is on dvla.

Obviously the public view of that doesn't say it's registered to him, but if you had a reg, you'd immediately have a cross reference to a Silver Land Rover

Picking a random reg, which, by coincidence I already know is a Land Rover, and putting the details in at

That is the politician in him, but if there is proof of that then what is untrue about the Mirror / Guardian report?

I will be honest, and I dont really care, but the details around what he did or didnt do dont interest me.

Its the weasel way it has been explained away that makes me fume. Whilst the entire country has followed the headline advice, pretty much in a compliant and often cheerful way.

Remember the innocent days of our youth when all we had to do was wash our hands while singing 'daddy's taking us to the zoo tomorrow'?

What's incredible is that the Blonde Ballbag hasn't addressed the country for two weeks in one of these daily briefings as this tragedy has engulfed us, the last time he did speak it was pre-advertised and billed as something akin to a new Star Wars movie. But today he was more than able to come out at short notice to attempt to save an advisor's skin. Priorities?
