I suspect he wouldn't be there without Cummings because it's his adviser who was manipulated the party and political climate over the past few years.

I've said it before and it's not hyperbole: Cummings is the de-factor leader of the Tory party and we know what that means.

I meant the way people are behaving. There was a notable change just prior to the last bank holiday.

I did think there wasnt any restriction on how far you drive now though? So I dunno what the rules are anymore tbh.
