Exactly. Firstly, he reportedly had family in London who you'd expect could have been asked to look after the children if necessary - if at risk, why not choose this?If he was well enough to drive 250 miles then I don’t believe it was essential travel.
for example, why didn’t the sister travel to him instead? As she presumably was not displaying symptoms?
Like I mentioned earlier, surely if he was able to endure the journey then you'd suspect that they would still be in a fit and able state to care for their children.
Did he have symptoms or was it a precaution? Why did his family not come to get the children? The defence shows a disdain for the general public!
