You're wrong in yoking two issues together.
You`re wasting your time mate.
He has an agenda and conveniently turns a blind eye to things like the fact that over a million Uighur Muslims are in CCP " re education " camps for no other crime than being Muslim.
I used to think it was wummery on a grand scale, but I`m not so sure any more, as his levels of hypocrisy are off the scale.
You may as well start talking about the French and Italian failure to get on top of their outbreaks, which seem to be as much (probably more) pertinent as the source of our infection as any connection to Wuhan. How? They’re interlinked. The CCP covered up the virus and censored anyone speaking out about it long before the first official case. Our government locked-down too late, didn’t get the PPE and has in general made a mess of the whole thing. They’re both as guilty as eachother.
In another thread you’ve just said the tories are committing crimes against humanity, yet you don’t think this of the CCP? This is why I suggest you go and read about the CCP and their response to the virus, as well as other things going on in China.

The evidence is now strongly that there were multiple sources for the virus. The jig is up for the Chinese explanation. That orthodoxy is in bits.
A blip. And they'll batter it back again.Obviously not good news for S Korea, however, look how decisive the action is here. No fannying around. Compare that to what we're seeing in the UK then look at the respective countries' infection/death toll and rate.

and regarding what @Harryflashman posted, a bloke on another forum has heard that a care home in Hoylake lost all it’s residents. He’s got family that work in care, I’ve not seen it in the news.![]()

A truly backward nation.
Anywhere near an airport or a seaport has anyone looked at the death figures there - hence the belated lockdown rumoured testing will be done next week - plus isolation for non key workers coming in ?Just awful. I know places like Salford have been badly hit also...the region's worst hit town in fact.
