Re the domestic abuse/social worker/ppe thing from yesterday, the director of nursing has told community staff they've got to continue visiting families where domestic violence is suspected. Usually social workers would go along too, so there's a degree of safety in numbers (and often they would try and do the visit when the abuser is out), but of course, social workers aren't doing anything because they lack ppe, and the abuser is highly likely to be home due to lockdown. Not sure that's been thought through, sending a 50kg woman into a home with a violent man. Great
