Like I said, I don't think you understand the life of an ex-pat. The more you post, the more this is evident

I think I do, but that’s irrelevant, i just hope those who are there get through it and hopefully don’t bring it back to those who will have to look after them.

Not many I would imagine, the companies which put them there will be paying for it in over 90% of cases.
Only the very few which work for @rsehole companies are asking for help from their government, and since they have paid tax in their home countries for years before moving overseas, I think they are entitled to ask for that help.

It would surely be very insensitive to think otherwise?

I think that we've seen the end of the virus in Thailand at least. There hasn't been any rise in the number of confirmed cases for 2 days now. It's totally safe.

Only normal sexual practices should apply of course, I.e no BJ's without the protection.

maybe this occasion, but think back to Ebola, and war zones, the health care professionals who will have to screen these people.

No expert like but what I’ve read is this is similar genetically to other illnesses that have bats as carriers but this have specifically snake genetics as well; several snakes sold in that market (including the krait and cobra) predate bats so that’s how the dots were connected.
