well think of those who have to risk life and limb in some cases to rescue those people who cry help when their adventures go wrong.
Especially those sent there under resourced and poorly equipped
I don’t find that weird
Pilots of commercial aeroplanes?

We are not going into a warzone or the after effects of a tsunami. It is just people getting a taxi to the airport and asking for a flight home

I think you may be confusing Wuhan, a city of 11 million people, with the remote Scottish highlands.

maybe this occasion, but think back to Ebola, and war zones, the health care professionals who will have to screen these people.
I just feel if you are prepared to go off piste for personal or financial gain, it’s easy to cry help

What are you trying to say?

British nationals who are working overseas should be left to rot without any support?

Very peculiar....btw the Consulates are usually manned by locals and offer limited (if any assistance) to anyone.

Latest rumours in China...

P4 is a virus research centre in Wuhan.

The first people to be infected never went to the animal market.

Could it be that the Chinese govt accidentally released the virus or did so on purpose to lower demands on the Government pension pot.

Also that the temperature in wuhan is -3c at the moment and the virus spreads in colder places...

Some infected people in Europe had never been to wuhan...

Totally lost me, facebook?

The items i posted are actually whats being discussed in China
“Rumoured” mate.
The WHO stated weeks ago that this was due to those dodgy markets and bats and snakes, madness to think that this is an “accident”

will look forward to seeing the Chinese gov clamping down on the whole disgusting industry after this.

Yeah, I don't think you really understand what expats do. They are usually coerced to go there then find out their pay drops to just above local rates. It's not like they are going there to make millions.

The vast majority are expatriated by their companies, so we are talking about the very small percentage whose company that asked them to go there for little reward and are now abandoning them. Do you really believe their government should also abandon them? Sounds quite heartless.

I think they should of made contingency plans in case of such and not just fall back on the British tax payer to fund those who have taken the risk for their own financial gain to avoid paying the tax that will be used to rescue them
When there’s a lot bigger need for the tax theyve avoided and the funds now required to rescue them and their subsequent treatments

I’m saying they should of made plans/funds to be extracted not take all the benefits of being an ex-pat and then cry mercy when the risks that they were paid highly to take come to fruition.

like all those people who take a low cost holiday not atol protected who then cry pity when they go bankrupt

if you want to take the risk for financial gain take it, just don’t cry if it goes tits up

Like I said, I don't think you understand the life of an ex-pat. The more you post, the more this is evident
