Ah, so as we've 'voluntarily' killed ourselves some 1400x more frequently than coronavirus has thus far managed to makes it okay to ignore, while we absolutely lose our heads over something that as yet is far less dangerous than smoking is lol

After not having been sick with any type of virus or cold in sixteen years, I was knocked out for a week in 2010 by the swine flu. Once I rejoined the land of the living I found that the urge to smoke had somehow been knocked clean out of me. A 28 year habit eliminated in the course of a week. Not what I expected from the swine flu.
Consequently, if I come down with coronavirus I fully expect to come out of it six inches taller and movie-star handsome.
