All because the government provided woolly advice that 1 bit of exercise per day is okay, so people are making it 4 hours worth of exercise. I've heard people reasoning that it's perfectly fine because they could injure themselves at home just as much, so going out that far is fine.

The police in the Lakes have said repeatedly don't come to the Lakes, we'll still be here when this is over sort of thing. I swear when I sent my mate that he probably took that to mean it's the out of towners they don't want tossing about on the hills, so off he went. Knobhead.

Same here mate. Longest I have done is 1hr 20- and that was to see my daughter. Would love to go and do a sixty odd miler but that can wait.

Aye, it'd be lovely to go out for a long ride, but it'll still be there in a few months time. I've got my indoor trainer so am in a better position than most.
