One of Brexit’s biggest bankrollers is now involved in a new money-spinning exercise, attempting to profit from coronavirus.
It emerged earlier this week that Arron Banks, the multi-millionaire who bankrolled the Leave.EU referendum campaign is attempting to take over an iodine producer and sell its products as a disinfectant to those concerned about the coronavirus outbreak.

In a statement, Banks, who is a majority shareholder of Iofina said its products are “a low tech solution with a proven track record” and that the business should target people worried about suffering from viruses. This morally bankrupt move was buried in the Telegraph’s business section, unbelievable and unacceptable in equal measure. Corporate capitalist's see an opportunity in every scenario of human misery!

Wow, a TfL worker has contracted it. That means it could easily have spread to millions of people (I know it won't, but given the number of people who ride the tube each day and how close they are in proximity to each other..).

There could be loads of potential vectors in the wild in the US and UK because of the testing criteria and lax border control.

I'm not kidding when I say this: he should be hanged.

Friends of ours were due to travel to Venice last week, fortunately they cancelled it otherwise they would have been part of the lockdown. It is a big decision.....

That's madness in 2001 foot and mouth broke out in cattle and Ireland took it very seriously, there was foot washes everywhere to kill germs on your footwear, cars had to drive through anti bacterial, you couldn't leave your house without taking proper precaution, this effected cows and our lives were changed during the outbreak, this effects humans and is deadly in some cases and its business as usual. I like to think he's not the best example of capitalists, as there are many working in the private sector who aren't such odious, morally bankrupt shits.
