I think van der Sar is washed up. Sure he can start a counterattack well but he's pretty lousy at stopping shots.

I also don't think Cech has been the same since his head was rearranged. Witness Euro 2008.

James is starting to struggle this season as well.

The only keeper I've seen this year who is having a really good season is Jussi.

Had an unbelievable match this past weekend. Some unreal saves.

Don't agree with that. For me, Edwin van der Sar was the best goalkeeper during Euro 2008, no way it was Casillas or Buffon. So, don't believe he's washed up. I was not talking about the most in form goalkeeper, of the moment, as Jaaskelainen is having a great season, I do agree on that.

Looking at the whole of their career, I'm convinced, the five keepers I mentioned have the most natural ability. Think van der Sar will be back to his usual splendid form, soon enough. Same goes for Gomes, he may not have had the greatest start to his Spurs career, but he does have bags of potential. On form, one of the best in the world for me.

Is it really such a good feat? 99 goals in 100 games is basically conceding 99% of the time.

Mine is

1. Reina
2. Foster
3. Cech
4. VDS
5. Friedel

First person to mention Reina, well done. He might play for a bunch of shits but he is undoubtadly a top keeper, the amount of times he has kept the [Poor language removed] in a game with quality saves in unbelievable.

Not a massive fan but hes probably the best at coming to claim a ball and penos to be fair.

Givens top of the pops for me!

Big nev was the best in the business and howard doesnt come close. Nigel Martyn was the closest we've had to replacing the big man, nige was great

Couldnt agree more with you comment. Nigel Martin could have played a lot more for us if it wasnt for that clown Peter (the hamperman) Johnson.
A top keeper is what you need if you wanna go far. The amount of times a top goalie can win games for you is the difference between life and death in this day and age. (y)
