Computer games.

So, I've been playing a lot of Final Fantasy 15. Currently on 115 hours played on my first playthrough and nearing the platinum trophy for it on PSN, 2 bronze left to get (fishing and survivalism to 10). Doing the deeper dungeons and crying at Steyliff's deeper dungeon. I would call it an endurance challenge but that would imply each room is not difficult itself... 4x tonberry rooms are hell.

Brilliant game though. I had really low expectations going into it, but it's like Witcher 3 as a JRPG. Lotsa fun.

You must either be a youngster, or unemployed. 115 hours!!! It takes me months to reach 100 hours in a game!

In fact, my most played game has been Elite (which you may notice me waffling on about a few posts above) and it has taken me 2 years to rack up 500 hours in that!!!

115hours since its release is 6.7 hours a day, thats EASY!!! Even with a job and a family.

115 hours in a week is probably a record for me. But it's not my most played game (which has tracked time)...

Only started that September last year, and has two three-month breaks since then as well so that's closer to 1500 hours in 6/7 months.

The Hauler??

A great budget exploration ship that. Can get a very reasonable jump range with the right fit-out.

How are you playing? Joystick? Gamepad? KB+M????

Currently playing with gamepad and keyboard but seriously considering getting a joystick. The hauler has some good range on it much further than the free ship..

And i'm more excited than I should be for Super Mario Run being released today.

£7.99 seems a bit steep like though.
They give you so much of the game for free.

Reading a review a week or so ago about it, it sounds like it is quite good value of a game. You have stages, boss battles, different modes beyond the running etc. You don't really get power ups but you do get abilities like wall jumping and stuff which allow you to travel more than just left to right.

What's the £7.99 for then?

the rest of the game.

Not sure on specifics but you get something like 2 stages of x amount of levels to play for free then you pay the 7.99.

Whatever personal thoughts end up being on it, It is meant to be a typical nintendo game so high quality and fun.

I reckon i'll pay for the full whack. Everyone loves a Mario game at the end of the day!
