Computer games.

Finished World of FF. That ending :) You could probably translate this into a World of Kingdom Hearts and it might be better.

So started FF Fujoshi, I mean 15 (there was a thought to wait for the Chap 13 patch but eh). Still on chapter 1 after 4 hours. There are a lot of parallels to Xenoblade chronicles X and the opening hours of FF15 so yea loving it. As far as the getting meh as it goes on, well most FFs (and most square RPGs in general) start out good-great, have tremendous middles and become sucky grindfests at the end.

I'm disappointed no one's on here gushing about The Last Gaurdian. Call yourselves Evertonians?

Still waiting for my copy to arrive.

I have no idea whether I'll like it or not. I love games with strong narratives and emotional punch -- games which push the medium as art -- and for those reasons I'm looking forward to it. But I've heard the AI and controls are abysmal, and as someone who doesn't have much patience with games I'm worried this will be a big stumbling block.

How are you finding the game mechanically?

Has great narrative and emotional punch. The animal AI is fantastic. It sometimes doesn't do what you ask strait away. Which is great, he still reacts to you on a way an animal would. If he fiendish you said when you said it the game would be terrible. Pulling my hair out with some of the reviewers going on about it. The camera at first is a bit of an issue but thebtricknis not to always swing the camera but just keep it behind the boy and move him to where you wanna look and you won't have a problem.
