Hide in these shrubs mate, and when he rocks up I'll lure him over and you jump out and sock him ok.

Been wanting a PS2 or 3 just for guitar hero for ages, hardto find without daft prices, at least that's my trouble.

I've got GH3 and LOR on Wii :) :) Really need to dig that out and play it. Got about a million games aswell that I've hardly played. Common theme with me :|

I like games but somehow don't have the dexterity and fingers to be any good at the sort of shoot-me-up, GTA, or even FIFA games, to be able to enjoy them, or last the distance with any of them.

The only game I ever really enjoyed and finished through to completion was called Mafia, on the PC, set in 1930's New Jersey IIRC.

Are there any decent strategy games out there (PC or PS) that are worth a go? I have tried a few really poor ones over the years (war/geopolitics) but they were all very boring and tame.

You can prob pick up Civ V for a decent price now/soon as VI is imminent. Also Crusader Kings 2 and EU 4 are both worth checking out, although they are slower, more complicated 'grand strategy' games. Victoria 2/Hearts of Iron 3 are by the same company and will be cheap as there are newer versions now, but should be a good introduction.

Anyone here got a VR headset?

It's my lad's 18th in December and we are getting him the ps4 one for his birthday (he doesn't know, so it'll be a surprise).

Just wondering if anyone's read any early reviews as to what they're like and what games to get him for it?

Ta in advance.

Workmate should be getting it on release date next week, so will be trying it out!

Ill let you know. Dont think it will have full games yet but lots of demos

Cant wait!

£70 is an insane amount of money for a single player game. Especially when the devs have refused to give out pre release review copies, something which can only make you fear the worst.

@Connor and me are big fans of the franchise so I think it's more a fan thing to be honest to pay that.

As for the review copies, I think it's because they don't want the story to be out there and leaked yet, especially if it answers the question everyone asked at the end of Mafia 2.

What the hell happened to Joe?!

Rather drop 70 on Mafia than the usual 55/60 I drop on CoD on a yearly basis. Mafia is a great game and they've already announced at least 4 story DLC's which won't cost anything.

New missions etc... not just cars and weapons/skins

Oh and they didn't give out review copies because they flew a load of companies out to NOLA to give them a real feel for the city and all that jazz. All those videos and reviews are very very positive.

There are so many theories about Joe. I'm gonna say we'll know more here as Vito is back.

Can't wait to see what Vito is like in this. I'd like to play as him if I'm honest but interested to see what he's been up to. We know he's been ousted by the Italian Mafia but what's he been doing?
