Im not sure any club will want to void the season personally cos if the season is voided ALL 20 clubs in the league will not be able to pay their players and will all go bankrupt overnight.

Sky dont need to ask for money back, they are due to make payments in August, if they are still in business by then.

But its not just the TV money clubs will lose.

So why would the clubs all go bust then?

Edit. Sky are losing £4m a day at the moment.

Poorly ran clubs like Everton whos wage bill is about 9000% of their income will go under quicker than the titanic.

How so? Sky wont ask for their money back, and will pay another chunk in August.

Not saying this is in any way a good thing, but financially, in the medium term, its navigatable.

As would Sky. Its a MAD thing if Sky ask for money back. They need to suck it up, we all do.

I dont know where the idea has come from they want all the money back. From what I've seen they want to withhold the final payment (around 25%) which seems a fair compromise if the season isnt completed.

The clubs already had 75% of moneys, so getting it back off them will be difficult, as in these situations possession tends to be 9 tenths of the law.

The players need to do the honourable thing and take a big pay cut. Will still earn more in a week than a nurse does in a yesr
