I agree with this, I still do not like seeing the opposing goalkeeper not being applauded as he makes his way to the goal at KO and after half time.

Bit like clapping in a new batsman at cricket, it's just the right thing to do.

Not on board with all this 'cringey' bollocks. Naismith done a lot for the poor people of this City and has been nothing but respectful about Everton and us as fans. Thought it was a class touch that seperates Everton from the rest. No other fans are calling us cringey, everyone else is saying it was a class touch. Only our own who are melting down about it.

Allied to his off the field charity and community work, he won the hearts of many Evertonian's.

In an age of selfish and mercenary footballers, he come's across as a good professional and a decent man.
