Correct. VAR isn't making decisions, people are. Incompetent people. The PGMOL are the problem.

Mate he literally grabs him by the ponytailHe didn't yank him. He had his eye fixed on the ball and was looking to grab the guys shirt for leverage/protection as players do virtually every time they jump.
It was completely accidental and over in less than a second.
Look! Still picture alert! Always makes things look 100 per cent worse. I wish people would stop with this and the use of slow mo's to emphasise their pointMate he literally grabs him by the ponytail(see below). Doesn't look remotely like he's trying to grab his shirt.

Good luck with your worthy campaign to eradicate the practice of reviewing footage to determine what happenedLook! Still picture alert! Always makes things look 100 per cent worse. I wish people would stop with this and the use of slow mo's to emphasise their point
Did you defend the ref & var this much when we've had players wrestled to the floor in the box , plus the many woeful decisions we've had just this season ?Mate he literally grabs him by the ponytail(see below). Doesn't look remotely like he's trying to grab his shirt.

Erm, no? Not sure I understand the question. I'm just not surprised that Keane got sent off for pulling another player's hair or that the decision was upheld by VAR. Hair pulling is classified as violent conduct and he pulled his hair.Did you defend the ref & var this much when we've had players wrestled to the floor in the box , plus the many woeful decisions we've had just this season ?
Sure, I guess the question of "intent" is pretty difficult in this instance right? If a ball strikes a player's hand / arm then I think it's easy to argue that there was no intent. If you take hold of another player's hair and pull it downwards it feels like the mechanics of that need to have some sort of intent behind them. It's certainly not something that I've ever done by accident in all my years of playing football at a very low level! He's not against reviewing the footage, he's against using slow motion. Slow motion is a problem when intent factors into decisions, because it makes everything look intentional.
Violent conduct .....er yeah ok.Erm, no? Not sure I understand the question. I'm just not surprised that Keane got sent off for pulling another player's hair or that the decision was upheld by VAR. Hair pulling is classified as violent conduct and he pulled his hair.
Also looks like he's sticking his other hand in his crack, but they ignored thatMate he literally grabs him by the ponytail(see below). Doesn't look remotely like he's trying to grab his shirt.

It is possible to see some decisions as right and others as wrong by the same organisation.Did you defend the ref & var this much when we've had players wrestled to the floor in the box , plus the many woeful decisions we've had just this season ?
