Any such behaviour should be dissuaded legally.Free market in all its pomp and circumstance. What those pilots are doing is literally what British Conservatism is all about. Indeed.
There's such a thing as being free to offer your services to the highest bidder however if this flies in the face of national security it should not be allowed to happen.
I used to deal with cryptographic signals in the RAF, fairly sure if after I'd left I'd hopped on a plane to a foreign country to explain it all to them I'd have been in deep water on my return.
Training the Chinese in warfare seems at best unwise and at worst treasonous.
