Funny. They didn't show that on MOTD. Nor did they show the Malouda double red card offence on Neville, and his subsequent show of sportsmanship.

They made sure to show all the Chelsea appeals though.

You know when i first read your post i thought it was just whining, i wasn't bothered MOTD didn't show it because it was just handbags and nothing came from it.

Yet they just showed Hutton and some Birmingham player doing pretty much the same thing.

Tackle comes in, 1 guy doesn't like it so reacts, ref calms it down and takes no action. A nothing incident really, just like Neville and Malouda.

Weird.

It's not that they didn't show that particular incident, it was that they didn't show that and/or the Ivanovic one but they still made sure to show Chelsea's appeals multiple times. On balance, it comes across as a tad biased.

What do you mean appeals?

The Distin handball and the Coleman tackle on Cole were both potential penalty incidents. The Neville/Malouda thing was handbags and not really a important part of the game. And they didn't really focus on "Chelsea were robbed and should of had 3 penalties".

And when and where exactly was the Ivanovic tackle on Coleman? Don't remember it during the game, is it just one of them that look bad from that one photo?

It was a bad tackle on Coleman, and the Malouda thing was indeed handbags (but he is French), however he should have been sent off. In addition Neville's sportsmanship at least deserved a slot, I think.

But anyway, they show the Cech thing with umpteen replays for example. I've no problem with that, or what they showed either. I just think the incidents left out should have been included.

I've just watched the recording of MotD. I didn't see it, and it's a shame they didn't show it either, because from what I read of Pip's lack of drama over the Malouda incident it was worth highlighting. Still, at least they didn't show what led to his yellow card either as that would have been a bit unfair.

Also, I can only assume we had 90% of the possession because it was edited to look like it was at least 50/50. Come on BBC, you're slipping - you're making Everton look as good as they actually were!

Oh yes, now I look back, it wasn't really Everton playing well but Chelsea playing badly :dodgy:
