Chattanooga FC has a new 'keeper!

A good news update on Richard at Chattanooga. There was a pre-season friendly/final trial where Rich was one of six 'keepers (as there is also a reserve side) including one who played in the Bundesliga. Rich played the first half of the 12-1 victory and I have it on good authority (Rich himself, and he is always loth to blow his own trumpet) that he is now officially Chattanooga FC's Tim Howard - in other words, number one!

The team is beginning to gel and is picking up momentum; their first match was a 1-3 defeat at home to Atlanta - yesterday they went to Atlanta and beat them 1-0 (two clean sheets on the bounce )
